Who owns Halstead boilers?

Halstead has marked its presence in UK since 1975 and has recently been taken over as a part of the Glen Dimplex Group that is now known as the Halstead Gland Dimplex. The entire operation was moved to a site in Prescot, near Liverpool in 2009.

Glen Dimplex emerged as an Irish based consumer electrical goods company that is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. It is a privately owned company that has its manufacturing and development centers located in Republic of Ireland, UK, China and many other countries across the world. The history of Glen Dimplex can be traced back to the year 1973 in Northern Ireland when an electric heater manufacturer with 10 employees incorporated the company and discovered it as Glen Dimplex on June 7, 1978 due to the merger with Dimplex, large electric heating appliance manufacturer in 1977.
