Feedback: We had a slight leak from one component in the boiler. The engineer came, confirmed the faulty part and ordered a replacement. As soon as the replacement was available the engineer returned and fitted the part explaining exactly what he needed to do and why.
Throughout the process the level of communication was very good and we were not left wondering what was happening. Even when the part was delayed the engineer contacted us to explain the delay.
