Feedback – Purchased two of these last summer. They have been a pain since installed. Flame sensors get a white residual on them and then they fault with an E7 Code Boiler will last for about three weeks then fault again. Have tired new sensors, changed the ground, installed fresh air direct from outside Spent way too much time on them, and still not working right.

Feedback – Had the Vitodens 100W boiler fitted by iHeat a few days ago as my old boiler was about to die. Modern, quiet, and improved hot water throughout. Not needed to use the heating yet but all straightforward. Very impressed with the iHeat booking and installing system. The engineer was a 10-year British Gas veteran. All warranty paperwork was sent through swiftly. The boiler had a Which? Best Buy and the 10-year warranty was a definite selling point for me. Very happy with it.

Feedback – The boiler we have is the Viessmann 200 it is a different league of boiler. Its very efficient, fantastic interface, we are trying to get the controls correct but so far have realised that it doesn’t take long to reach the temperature we need and the viessmann cylinder is amazing keeps the water hot, and is always not so no waiting around. Have also noticed a significant drop in gas bills even though we have a bigger house now and are using it a lot more.

Also had a couple of teething problems and the support from Viessmann was fantastic, they came straight out, resolved the problem and worked directly with the fitter.
